1. Where do you ship from?
For orders within the United States, we ship from our US warehouse. If a replacement part is needed after the sale, it will be shipped from our China warehouse.
2. I'm not in the U.S. Where can I buy Septree dehydrator?
If you are outside the United States, we can deliver from our factory in China. Please contact us to get a shipping quote at septree-service@outlook.com
3. I have placed an order, when will I receive the goods?
Thank you for your order. We will send the tracking# within 72 hours and you will receive your package in 3-7 business days. This is just a normal value and we have no control over logistic delays. Please understand.
4. What’s the Warranty on a Septree?
For dehydrators, we offer a 3-year warranty and lifetime technical guidance. If the machine has any problems during use, please contact us. For more info, please check our warranty.
5. Is the trays of the Septree stainless steel?
Yes! As the accessory that most directly touches the surface of your food, the tray is made of 304 food-grade stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. And is dishwasher safe.
6. How long does dehydrated food last?
Dehydrated food, made using a food dehydrator, can last from 6 months to several years, depending on the type of food and storage conditions. Beef jerky typically lasts 1-2 years, while dried fruits, veggies, herbs and mushrooms can stay fresh for over a year when kept in airtight containers away from heat and moisture. Using a dehydrator ensures that food is properly preserved, extending its shelf life significantly.
7. Does beef dehydrated through Septree meet USDA lethality treatment requirements?
The maximum temperature our machines can be set to is 190°F, which is enough to safely dehydrate meat. Many dehydrators can only be set at 150°F and below.
8. My Septree won't reach the set temperature, what can I do?
When dehydration commences upon the introduction of food, the ongoing evaporation of moisture from the food extracts heat, resulting in an actual temperature of the unit that is approximately 20℉ lower than the set temperature. This phenomenon is considered normal. As the moisture content in the food diminishes, the temperature gradually approaches the predetermined set value.
9. My item was damaged during shipping
If your item was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a refund after reject it. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with graphs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. Please also provide "Proof of Damage" documentation from your courier.
10. I received an incorrect item
Please contact us by telling the order number and the details you received. Our Customer Service team will respond to you within 24 hours. Once Customer Service confirms an item is incorrect, we will either refund you or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available).
11. How do I change my shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address as once it is shipped we cannot change the address. Contact Customer Service immediately!
