Can you also do herbs in this ?
Yes. Dried the herbs and they worked well!

I did a cook with the 18 tray and a lot of the meat was almost raw after 6 hours what am I doing wrong
Dear friend, the recommended temp for meat is 150F or higher, and the time is 8 hours or more, maybe 10 hours or more for a good drying if the cuts are thick. Please try again and let us know the result.
