With an excellent temperature range of 70℉ to 190℉, this mini food dryer has a higher heat range than others. It may look small but it can dehydrate 2 lbs of blueberries in one batch. This small food dehydrator can do the same amount of blueberries twice as efficiently as the larger competitive unit. Because of its size is less expensive to run (less space to disperse the heat). The fan is big enough to provide even airflow across all the food on the trays so there's no need to change trays around.
