Septree Limited Product Warranty Policy

 

I. Limited Warranty Overview

Septree warrants that, under normal household use and in compliance with product instructions, Septree products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of initial purchase. The company provides the following warranty services:

One-Year Free Warranty: Within the first year of purchase, Septree will provide free repair or replacement services for any quality issues covered under warranty.

Ten-Year Technical Support: Septree will continue to provide technical support for ten years after purchase. Should any malfunction occur during this period, users may contact our support team for repair solutions.

II. Warranty Service Coverage

During the one-year free warranty period, Septree will, at its sole discretion, provide service through one of the following methods: (i) refund the purchase price; (ii) repair products with material or workmanship defects; or (iii) replace the product with one of equal or greater value.

III. Warranty Scope

This warranty applies solely to the original consumer who purchased the product from Septree or its authorized dealers and is non-transferable. When requesting warranty service, the original purchaser must provide proof of defect and valid proof of purchase date. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers are not covered by this warranty.

IV. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

This warranty does not apply to the following situations:

Normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or failure to follow the user manual instructions.

Altered or removed product serial numbers.

Damage resulting from repairs or modifications performed by non-Septree authorized service providers.

Use for commercial purposes or abnormal household use.

V. Warranty Claim Process

Confirm your product is within the one-year free warranty period.

Prepare your proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, order number) and the product itself.

Contact our customer support team (email: septree-service@outlook.com) to describe the issue. Do not handle the product yourself until instructed.

If approved by our after-sales team, return the product and supporting documents as instructed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Septree's liability for the product is limited solely to the warranty services described above. Septree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Policy Changes

We may modify these warranty terms at our discretion, but any changes shall not apply retroactively.
