This 88-tray food dehydrator has a large capacity of 425L, designed for commercial and industrial use. 8 motors, 7400 watts for effcient drying. 4 independent digital control panel for easy operation. Besides, the housing and latches are made of 201 stainless steel, while the 88 trays are all made of 304 stainless steel.
